The Group Personal Training Sessions - ACSM guidelines recommend that to obtain and maintain noticeable improvements with your cardiovascular fitness you should train 3-5 times per week. For improvements and maintenance to muscular fitness you should train 2-3 times per week.
For anyone wanting to start their day before the rest of the family are up, before the madness of the school run, to have that blissful hour of power before your day begins.
