The Group Personal Training Sessions - ACSM guidelines recommend that to obtain and maintain noticeable improvements with your cardiovascular fitness you should train 3-5 times per week. For improvements and maintenance to muscular fitness you should train 2-3 times per week. For anyone wanting to start their day before the rest of the family are up, before the madness of the school run, to have that blissful hour of power before your day begins. For anyone who wants to kick themselves into shape after an indulgent few months! For anyone who wants to feel the burn, and tear into those fat reserves before having breakfast. For anyone who likes to train in a small group for more personal attention and advice.
